College Preparatory School of America (“CPSA”) collects certain biometric identifiers and biometric information such as fingerprints or facial scans from employees for the sole purpose of employee timekeeping. CPSA will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from employees’ biometric information. Biometric data is stored, transmitted, and protected using a reasonable standard of care within the industry and in a manner that is at least as protective as the measures CPSA uses for other confidential and sensitive information.

CPSA retains biometric information only until the initial purpose for its collection has been satisfied or for up to one (1) year after an employee’s last interaction with CPSA, whichever occurs first, after which the information will be permanently destroyed in accordance with CPSA’s Biometric Information Retention and Destruction Policy.

By providing your biometric information, you acknowledge and consent to its collection, use, storage, and destruction as described above.
